Triton Global Structure Ltd is a UK-based construction consultancy providing specialist project management, commercial management, planning, and technical support to contractors, developers, and infrastructure clients.
With extensive experience across civil engineering, reinforced concrete structures, water infrastructure, highways, and commercial developments, we help clients successfully deliver projects from tender stage through to final account.
Our practical site knowledge, combined with strong commercial and contractual expertise, enables us to provide solutions that reduce risk, improve efficiency, and maximise project performance.
A Legacy Built Over Generations
The foundations of TGS were laid long before the company was formed.
The First Generation
Grandfather — Bricklayer & Ganger Foreman
Our story begins with Adelin's grandfather, a skilled bricklayer and ganger foreman who worked on some of Romania's most significant national buildings — including sections of the Parliament, hospitals, and high-rise residential structures. His dedication to craft and structural integrity set the standard for everything that followed.
The Second Generation
Father — Steel Fixer & Shuttering Carpenter
Adelin's father began his career in charcoal mining and tunnelling before transitioning into steel fixing and shuttering carpentry — trades that sit at the very heart of reinforced concrete construction. His progression through demanding structural environments gave the family a deep understanding of the physical realities of building.
The Third Generation
Adelin Troncota — Founder & Director
Adelin began his construction career at the age of 15, working across Romania, France, Spain, and the United Kingdom. Over 18+ years he progressed from site operative to site manager, senior site manager, and contract manager — gaining deep expertise in structural delivery, commercial management, and contract administration. In 2023 he enrolled at Bath Spa University to study Construction Management (graduating 2027).

Arthur Sebastian — The Legacy Continues
TGS was founded in 2024 with a clear purpose: to carry the family legacy forward and build a consultancy that delivers real value to the construction industry. Arthur Sebastian represents the next generation — the reason TGS exists and the future the company is being built for.

Adelin Troncota
Construction Consultant · Contract Manager · Senior Site Manager
Adelin brings over 18 years of structural and civil construction experience gained across Romania, France, Spain, and the United Kingdom. Starting on site at 15, he has worked through every level of the construction hierarchy — from steel fixing and shuttering to site management, contract management, and construction consultancy.
His expertise spans project management, commercial management, NEC and JCT contract administration, temporary works coordination, and health & safety documentation. Currently studying Construction Management at Bath Spa University (2023–2027), Adelin combines academic rigour with two decades of real-world delivery experience.
